UNFORGETTABLE

The 512 yard 18th is a great finishing hole. This reachable par 5 encourages you to take it deep off the tee. A well placed tee shot allows you to hit a long iron or a fairway wood into this enormous green. Beware, water guards the right side of the fairway and a wetland hazard lines the left side of the hole. The lake cuts across the fairway in front of the green requiring a lofted approach to the green. The severely undulating green can test the nerves to finish with a career score. Three putt pars are not uncommon on this great finishing hole.

TESTER

The 223 yard par 3 17th is the most dangerous hole on the course. With wetlands guarding the hole right and left, length and accuracy are a must. A large multi-level green with a severe ridge protecting the lower right corner makes shot placement to this green critical. If you hit the green and two putt for par, take a deep sigh of relief and move on to 18 for a great finishing hole.

This links style track has few trees, rolling terrain and numerous bunkers. Twenty-seven new holes and an 18 hole putting course opened in the Summer of 1999. The bent grass greens, tees and fairways are well manicured and offer first class playing conditions. This course offers great drainage and stays playable year round. The Northwest's most complete golf complex is a must to play. Willows Run offers tee times and information over the internet at http://www.willowsrun.com

Why should I always use an alignment aid to ensure proper alignment? - TRAVIS COX

This will help reduce improper alignment on all shots. Simply lay a club down along the target line. When setting up to take your shot, make sure that you are lined up parallel to that target line. This will help you take dead aim at your target and practice with confidence. This confidence should spill over on to the course and help you to become more accurate with your shot execution.
